WHAT IS A NO HANDS CHAIR MASSAGE ALL ABOUT?
The beauty of a Chair Massage is there is no fussing with oil and taking clothes off. You arrive, get straight on the Chair and the session has started. This also means I can come to your work place and treat you and your colleagues - why not download the e-book "Massage In The Workplace" (on the left of this page) and take it to your boss/human resources officer? I charge reasonable rates and can see 2-3 people in just one hour. It is very popular with all the top companies in the USA and is beginning to catch on here in the UK. You may even get your boss to pay for it! I need very little space and so can work easily in your office. Alternatively if you are not far away from me, then I can arrange a group booking to come and see me in my treatment room - whichever you prefer.
HOW DOES A NO HANDS DE-TOX TREATMENT WORK?
To understand how a NO HANDS De-tox treatment works we need to focus on the elimination systems of your body. The four major organs of elimination are: The skin, kidneys, colon and lungs. Massage is especially powerful because it stimulates the skin and lungs to release throughout the session. The kidneys and colon are both worked reflexively through the feet and we work directly on the colon through touch. Simply by increasing your water intake to approximately 2 litres a day will suport your kidneys in their work. If you book a session or a series of sessions you will discover that our De-tox system is one of the most effective treatments on the market.

WHAT IF I CANNOT BOOK A SERIES OF TREATMENTS?
Don’t worry! You can still ask for COLON, DETOX or STRUCTURAL RELEASE treatments from me whenever you can manage them. You will still experience many of the benefits outlined above. It will simply take you a little longer. To understand more about this read “How Massage Works”
WHAT IF I LIVE TOO FAR AWAY?
It is actually quite normal for clients to travel for an hour or two to their session. Actually this can be an advantage! The time you spend travelling is time to begin your session and start reflecting on what you need and how you want to feel at the end two questions you will be asked by me every time!
If you prioritise your personal wellbeing and growth in this way, then you will value the thinking and reflection space that these journeys provide.
